Bobby Guions is a juror at 36th Annual Newark Black Film Festival.
The Newark Black Film Festival is among the nation's oldest artistic endeavors devoted exclusively to African and African American cinema, history, presentation, and progress. Established as a biennial competition in 1985, the Paul Robeson Awards honor the spirit of the great American activist, performer and athlete. Narratives and documentaries, experimental and animation films that have been released since January of 2008 will be considered for the award. The winners of the 2010 Paul Robeson Awards will be honored at the Newark Black Film Festival, at which time cash awards will also be presented.
